Agreement & Acceptance
This Agreement is entered into between you (the “Customer,” “Licensee,” or “User”) and New Wiz Tech (NWT), the publisher of the Business Central Stripe Connector (“Extension,” “Publisher,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This Agreement governs your use of the Extension published on Microsoft AppSource.
By clicking “Get it now,” installing, or otherwise accessing the Extension, you represent that:
- You have the legal authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to this Agreement.
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Extension.
Description of the Extension
The Business Central Stripe Connector, developed and published by New Wiz Tech (NWT), is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that enables the following functionality:
- Generation of Stripe Payment Links directly from within Business Central.
- Retrieval and synchronization of payment status updates from Stripe back into Business Central records.
- Storage of generated Payment Link URLs within the Customer’s own Business Central environment for reference and tracking purposes.
Scope of operation: The Extension acts solely as an integration bridge between Business Central and Stripe. NWT does not operate any payment processing infrastructure, and does not store any financial, personal, transactional, or confidential customer data on its own servers.
License Plans & Restrictions
New Wiz Tech (NWT) offers the Extension under two license tiers. The features available to you are determined by your active subscription at the time of use.
- Access to core integration features
- Limited Payment Link generations per month
- Payment status sync with Business Central
- Community support only
- No charge — subject to NWT usage limits
- All features of the Free Plan
- Unlimited Payment Link generation
- Priority support from NWT
- Access to future Pro-tier features
- Paid subscription — billed per AppSource terms
The following restrictions apply to all license tiers unless expressly permitted in writing by New Wiz Tech (NWT):
- You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Extension.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension.
- You may not use the Extension to facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited transaction.
- You may not circumvent or attempt to bypass usage limits imposed by your active NWT license tier.
Data Handling & Customer Responsibility
New Wiz Tech (NWT) does not host, process, or store any customer business data, financial data, or confidential information on its own servers. All operational data generated or processed through the Extension resides exclusively on platforms operated by third parties:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — all transactional records, customer data, and Payment Link URLs are stored within your own Business Central environment, hosted and managed by Microsoft Corporation.
- Stripe — all payment, transaction, and financial data is hosted and managed by Stripe, Inc. on their own infrastructure.
Customer data responsibility: You, as the Customer, are solely and entirely responsible for the security, integrity, access control, backup, and regulatory compliance of all data within your Business Central environment and your Stripe account. This includes compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and any other applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. NWT bears no responsibility for data hosted on Microsoft or Stripe infrastructure.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for configuring appropriate user permissions and access controls within Business Central.
- You are responsible for maintaining and securing your Stripe API credentials used to connect the Extension.
- NWT bears no liability for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss occurring within your Business Central or Stripe environments.
- You must independently comply with Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service.
- You must independently comply with Microsoft’s terms of service for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
NWT Server Data Policy
New Wiz Tech (NWT) maintains its own servers strictly and exclusively for the purpose of license management and validation. The only information stored on NWT servers relates to your subscription and license entitlement. No confidential, financial, personal, or business data is ever collected or stored by NWT.
NWT’s commitment: New Wiz Tech stores only the minimum information required to validate and manage your license. We do not have access to your Business Central data, your Stripe account data, your customers’ information, or any payment details at any point.

NWT’s license management servers are used solely to verify entitlement — such as whether your account is on the Free or Pro plan and whether your license is active — when the Extension communicates with NWT for license validation. This process does not involve the transfer of any confidential or sensitive business data.
Third-Party Services
The Extension developed by New Wiz Tech (NWT) integrates with third-party platforms — specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is independently governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

NWT makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or continued operation of Stripe or Microsoft Business Central services. Interruptions to these third-party services may affect Extension functionality, and NWT shall not be held liable for any resulting downtime, data loss, or business impact.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and active accounts with both Stripe and Microsoft, with the necessary permissions to enable and sustain the integration.
Intellectual Property
The Extension, including all underlying code, logic, designs, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of New Wiz Tech (NWT) and is protected under applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with your active NWT license tier. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by New Wiz Tech (NWT).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided by New Wiz Tech (NWT) “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of payment status data retrieved from Stripe.
- Warranties that the Extension will remain compatible with future versions of Business Central or Stripe APIs.
Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk. NWT does not warrant that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Wiz Tech (NWT) and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Business Central or Stripe data.
- Payment processing failures, disputes, chargebacks, or errors arising from Stripe’s platform.
- Any damages resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security controls or comply with applicable regulations.
In no event shall NWT’s total cumulative liability arising from this Agreement exceed the total fees paid by you to NWT for the Extension in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lesser.
License Policy Changes
Important notice: New Wiz Tech (NWT) reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its license plans — including pricing, feature inclusions, usage limits, plan availability, or the introduction of new tiers — at any time and at NWT’s sole discretion, without prior notice.
Changes to license policies will be communicated through one or more of the following channels:
- The Extension’s Microsoft AppSource listing page.
- New Wiz Tech’s official website or support portal.
- Notifications within the Extension interface, where technically feasible.
Continued use of the Extension following the effective date of any policy change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a policy change, you must discontinue use of and uninstall the Extension from your Business Central environment.
NWT is under no obligation to grandfather or exempt existing users from updated license terms or pricing. Availability of the Free Plan is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at NWT’s sole discretion.
Term & Termination
This Agreement becomes effective on the date you first install or use the Extension and continues until terminated by either party.
Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Extension from your Business Central environment and ceasing all use.
Termination by NWT: New Wiz Tech (NWT) may suspend or terminate your license immediately and without notice if:
- You breach any provision of this Agreement.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the Extension.
- Your Business Central or Stripe account is suspended or terminated.
- NWT discontinues the Extension from AppSource.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination indefinitely.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which New Wiz Tech (NWT) is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 calendar days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in NWT’s jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
