Yes. A compatible B2B WooCommerce plugin must first be installed on the WooCommerce store. The connector can then manage B2B pricing through customer groups, discount codes, or Business Central sales prices, allowing different customers or customer groups to receive their assigned prices.

Before an item can be uploaded, it must be marked as a Web Item in Business Central and assigned to the relevant WooCommerce shop. Product attributes are managed according to each shop’s connector setup.

The connector first matches customers and items using their WooCommerce IDs. If a customer is not found, it searches by phone number or email address, then follows the configured rule to create a new customer or use a default customer. For items, it compares the WooCommerce SKU with the Business Central item number. If no match is found, it follows the configured setup.
