A Blueprint for B2B Success: Seamless Shopify and Dynamics 365 Synchronization

On behalf of our two companies MENA Region Distribution Corporation and Easy Way-To-Shop Inc., we are pleased to write a review about our dealing with New Wiz Tech and its Manager and Senior Programmer Sajjad Yousuf whom we met through Upwork Portal late 2022 and started working together with him early 2023.

Late 2022 we were looking for an integration of our Connected Business ERP (MENA Region Distribution Corporation) with nopCommerce to launch e-commerce Webstores (Easy Way-To-Shop Inc.,) and had few proposals from several companies in the USA, Canada, and International. Quickly realized the challenges of Connected Business and decided to switch to Microsoft Business Central Dynamics following a thorough evaluation of both Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Oracle ERP. With the assistance of nopCommerce Solutions Partner program, we interacted with few top partners and selected two partners: one solution partner for the nopCommerce Webstores development and another solution partner for the integration of the nopCommerce Webstore with Business Central Dynamics.

New Wiz Tech were very pleasant to deal with, gave a detailed proposal in phases, payment terms were subject to deliverables. They commenced the work right after the initial down payment and they were communicating, coordinating and finding solutions with the other solution partner on their own and the team who was managing our on-premises servers with OVHcloud. They delivered on time, their integration was perfect and they remained with us after completion and provided support and fine tuning for three different nopCommerce Webstores integrated with our Business Central Dynamics.

Our relationship with them expanded into customization of Business Central Dynamics documents, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, ad-hoc Reports and embedding of payment links from our payment gateway provider EBizCharge with our sales orders and invoices documents, and all three webstores worked perfectly the way we wanted and integration was running well, in particular the orders upload into Business Central Dynamics and their processing.

Late 2025, we decided to update our main website and integrate our dealers (B2B) and following some evaluations we chose Shopify. Gladly we found that New Wiz Tech are also expert in Shopify, ready to redo our website with Shopify, maintain the same contents, develop the B2B section and integrate it with Business Central Dynamics. This project also ended on time and to our satisfaction.

The best part dealing with New Wiz Tech is their simplicity, always listen and accommodate our business needs and give honest answers on what can be done and what cannot be done. If they commit on achieving something they work hard on it, respect their commitment, and deliver without making issues which we experienced in the past with others at the time of customizing Connected Business.
